What does this acquisition mean for IndiCater and Zupa customers?
You can count on the same great experience! Both teams will remain fully committed to delivering the excellent customer service and product experience you’ve all come to expect. Zupa will continue to offer the Caternet product under the leadership of COO Neil Shayle, with the added support of IndiCater’s Managing Director, Ruth Mills. And Mark McCarthy, Zupa’s CEO and CFO, will step into the role of CFO for both teams. Ruth will continue as Managing Director of IndiCater and still work closely with all of IndiCater’s amazing customers.
